The Revenue Cycle Application Analyst I is primary responsible is to provide end users with fundamental technical support for the specific Epic application or set of Epic applications. This individual may coordinate, develops, train, and/or provide input in training design and development. This role is the central point of communication for an assigned set of users and will coordinate all activities on behalf of the IS organization. He/she assists with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provides support for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance. Provides effective application support by responding to help desk tickets and end-user requests (including being on-call support). Creates and execute test scripts for new system builds timely and effectively. Provides go-live support, upgrade support, and ongoing application support. Implements system updates and changes and communicates those changes to super users and end users and continuously improve the impact of training. Serves as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and vendor implementation team. Ability to work well in team environments. Functional knowledge of the associated application preferred. Demonstrated customer-oriented service excellence principals. Ability and experience understanding end user workflow and owning the technical components of that workflow. Self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve issues and advance personal knowledge. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills, among facility customers and team members. A quick learner of software and information technology, and motivated to learn new applications. Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and email software applications. Ability to execute complex tasks through organization and details driven approach. Ability to present in a virtual setting. QualificationsBachelor's Degree

Associate's Degree with 2 years' experience in business analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates with Epic certification are strongly desired.
In lieu of certification at time of hire, the selected candidate must obtain Epic certification within 3–6 months of hire.
• Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Certification
• Strong interest in process improvement and exposure to RPA tools
