Overview of the Position:
The Application Administrator II is a critical player in application configuration, support, and training, and will join a team accountable for ensuring the digital systems are well controlled, operating effectively, aligned with business needs, and compliant with multiple regulations. This is a highly visible position working in all facets and within all levels of the business and is a great opportunity for somebody that wants to be instrumental in system adoption and performance for years to come. This is an in-office position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon2000 technology support delivered to the end-user community.
- Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon2000 platform and ensures the highest level of system performance, functionality, and optimization.
- Gain an understanding of business needs; research and implement solutions related to system features, functionality, configurations, and integrations.
- Stay current on Pentagon2000 releases, available modules, and system enhancements and identify solutions to streamline business processes and support growth.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users for overall and role-specific functionalities.
- Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting ongoing project efforts.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Experience with Pentagon2000 and ERP best practices.
- Experience with reporting software like Power BI and SSRS.
- Programming language knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, Javascript.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Education / Experience Requirements:
