Role Description:
The Application Subject Matter Expert II provides hands-on functional and technical expertise for Commercial IT business applications in a live production environment. This role focuses on production support, impact analysis, supplier deliverable validation, and audit support. The SME II acts as a liaison between business and IT, ensuring application changes meet business requirements, production standards, and compliance expectations while minimizing risk to ongoing operations. Provides audit support for Commercial IT applications, including evidence preparation, control validation, and responses to audit inquiries. Available for occasional on-call support during onshore business hours to support production incidents and critical issues.
