As an API Enablement Specialist with EFX you will be a part of a well-respected team of experts who are responsible for the pre-production support of customers and partners consuming our APIs. Our purpose is to make the API Integration process as smooth as possible for all Equifax customers. If this is you, come join our team.
What you will do
Support various customers and connector partners in API portal products
Work with team members to troubleshoot API integration issues before and after launch
Provide feedback to product managers to further enrich the efficacy of Equifax API Products & Services
Support multiple integration projects at a time
Communicate on a daily basis with customers as well as with internal stakeholders
Be responsible for managing ongoing project tracking information
What experience you need
In a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of experience in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skillset
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Oauth2, Postman/Bruno, and related tools/technologies
English proficiency B2+

You have experience in internal technology integration support
You have experience with technical aspects of customer onboarding
You like working with customers who are using a variety of systems and tech stacks
You have consumer or commercial credit risk domain experience
