North Olympic Healthcare Network (NOHN) is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that makes comprehensive, fully integrated healthcare available to approximately 70,000 residents of our service area. We have Level 3 recognition by the NCQA as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and offer our patients high-quality integrated primary medical care (adult medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics), dental care, optometry, psychiatry and behavioral health services regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. 


We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) to join our Primary Care team.  Experienced and newly graduated PA-Cs and ARNPs are invited to apply.

Forks is located on the North Olympic Peninsula. Forks is known for its abundant natural beauty and thriving arts community. There are limitless opportunities for outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking, fishing, kayaking, skiing / snowboarding, biking and even surfing.


As one of the largest primary care providers in the area, we have three primary care sites in Port Angeles as well as our new location in Forks.  Each is a modern facility designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care, and we have consistently high demand for our services.  


Our mission is to provide patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services accessible to everyone in our community. As an APC at NOHN, you will have the chance to develop and cultivate patient relationships through the management of your own patient panel while being supported by your integrated care team of physician and APC colleagues, nurses, dentists, behavioral health providers, optometrists and pharmacists. 


We’re looking for an APC that is:  

  • passionate about community health and primary care integration.  

  • committed to providing care to the whole community with health equity as a value. 

  • comfortable with electronic health record use, specifically Epic.

  • We are training site for a Family Medicine Rural Training Track (RTT) Residency in partnership with Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, providing an opportunity to be involved with and surrounded by providers committed to medical education. 

  • Malpractice and tail insurance through the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA)
