Provide patient-centered coordination for Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT): engage patients, conduct screenings, schedule appointments, assist with insurance, maintain EHR documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary care and community referrals, support program administration, outreach, data entry, and grant tracking while promoting harm reduction and recovery.

Provide specialized nursing care for patients with substance use disorder under clinician oversight. Provide primary care as an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) within an integrated community health center, managing a patient panel, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, using Epic EHR, and supporting whole-person care with orientation and mentorship for new graduates.

Provide ambulatory and inpatient high-risk obstetrics and primary care as a community health center physician, manage a patient panel, use Epic EHR, collaborate with integrated care teams, and optionally participate in residency training and graduate medical education.

Lead and maintain the organization's IT strategy and day-to-day operations, ensuring secure, compliant infrastructure (HIPAA/HITECH/PCI), disaster recovery/business continuity, vendor management, budget oversight, and end-user support. Mentor and develop the IT team, provide technical guidance for projects, evaluate emerging healthcare IT trends, develop IT policies, and align technology initiatives with organizational strategy.

Lead HR function and strategy, advise executive leadership, manage HR team, oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, compliance with Washington and HRSA/FTCA requirements, HR operations, policy, investigations, credentialing, audits, and HR-related budgeting.

Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, register new patients, verify insurance and patient data in the EHR, collect point-of-service payments, answer phones, coordinate with clinical staff, monitor wait times, de-escalate issues, and provide a positive, patient-centered front-office experience.

Works with patients to address non-clinical barriers to care by connecting them to community resources (food, housing, transportation, financial assistance, insurance enrollment), assisting with forms, coordinating referrals, collaborating with providers and community partners, and maintaining knowledge of available resources.
