Provide comprehensive primary care to a patient panel at a mission-driven community health center in Forks, Washington. The physician will deliver whole-person, patient-centered care while collaborating with an integrated team of medical, dental, optometry, behavioral health, and nursing professionals. Responsibilities include using Epic, participating in community health initiatives, supporting health equity, and potentially contributing to rural residency graduate medical education.

Maintains and supports IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, networks, security tools, endpoints, applications, and hardware. Performs systems administration, troubleshooting, technical support, employee training, inventory management, backup and disaster recovery assistance, vulnerability analysis, and technology evaluations. Supports Active Directory, authentication systems, network equipment, firewalls, SANs, wireless devices, and hardware/software lifecycles while contributing to IT projects and maintaining secure, reliable technology operations across healthcare facilities.

The Chief Financial Officer leads financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, revenue diversification, grant funding, and financial risk management for a Federally Qualified Health Center. The role supervises Accounting and Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Pharmacy leaders; ensures GAAP, HRSA, FQHC, 340B, and Uniform Guidance compliance; leads audits; and partners with executives, the Board, regulators, auditors, and community stakeholders to support sustainable rural healthcare access.

Provides clinical and administrative support for pediatric patients from newborns through adolescence. Duties include preparing patients, recording vital signs and measurements, performing screenings and CLIA-waived testing, administering vaccines within scope, assisting providers, documenting in the EHR, coordinating referrals and follow-up, maintaining clinical supplies, recognizing abnormal findings, and mentoring Medical Assistant staff.

Greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, register new patients, verify insurance and patient data in the EHR, collect point-of-service payments, answer phones, coordinate with clinical staff, monitor wait times, de-escalate issues, and provide a positive, patient-centered front-office experience.

Works with patients to address non-clinical barriers to care by connecting them to community resources (food, housing, transportation, financial assistance, insurance enrollment), assisting with forms, coordinating referrals, collaborating with providers and community partners, and maintaining knowledge of available resources.

Provide primary care as an Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C or ARNP) within an integrated community health center, managing a patient panel, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, using Epic EHR, and supporting whole-person care with orientation and mentorship for new graduates.
