Works with patients to address non-clinical barriers to care by connecting them to community resources (food, housing, transportation, financial assistance, insurance enrollment), assisting with forms, coordinating referrals, collaborating with providers and community partners, and maintaining knowledge of available resources.

Provide pediatric primary care as an ARNP or PA-C within an integrated community health center. Provide ambulatory and inpatient high-risk obstetrics and primary care as a community health center physician, manage a patient panel, use Epic EHR, collaborate with integrated care teams, and optionally participate in residency training and graduate medical education.

Lead and maintain the organization's IT strategy and day-to-day operations, ensuring secure, compliant infrastructure (HIPAA/HITECH/PCI), disaster recovery/business continuity, vendor management, budget oversight, and end-user support. Mentor and develop the IT team, provide technical guidance for projects, evaluate emerging healthcare IT trends, develop IT policies, and align technology initiatives with organizational strategy.
