Position Purpose Statement

We are seeking a Project Manager to work with our APAC Technology team, reporting to the Head of APAC Technology. It is imperative that this person is flexible, can work in a complex environment with multiple competing priorities and is never satisfied with the status quo.

The nature, scope, and tasks of this position

• Independently develop detailed project workstreams, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
• Track key project milestones and manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery. Provides regular status on progress of teams and deliverables
• Work closely with key stakeholders - Business, Technology and Fulfilment Solutions leaders to define and align overall goals that map to project objectives and manage delivery against these goals
• Builds relationships with key stakeholders (Business, Technology and Fulfilment Solutions leaders) and project team members to drive key decisions and ensure timely project completion
• Drive projects with teammates. Resolve issues. Escalate appropriately to stakeholders
• Ability to follow-up consistently and understand detailed technical status
• Capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects without compromising attention to detail. Identify and proactively address potential project risks
• Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in an international environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• A Bachelor degree is required, advanced degree, such as an MBA preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience with agile project management methodologies
