Amplifon APAC is looking for a Pricing, Offering & Revenue Management Manager.
Mission of the function: Customer Offering understands consumer needs and defines which products and services can be offered, and at what pricing, in order to attract and satisfy customers and maximise total revenue and margin per head, through
- Product & service offering architecture
- Physical product portfolio management
- Pricing & promotional strategy definition and monitoring
Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, the incumbent will work across three areas:
Offering Architecture and service: defines which products and services can be offered and at what pricing, to attract and satisfy customers and provide a unique value proposition, based on consumer insights, market analysis and industry trends.
Physical product portfolio: cascading innovations and supporting countries in portfolio management by analysing product mix performance and defining guidelines.
Pricing & Revenue Management: provides optimal pricing model solutions, developing guidelines and running benchmarks to define first-rate strategies and tools to outperform the competition. It optimises sales revenue performance through a holistic approach to data analysis (price elasticity, seasonality and competitive benchmarking), KPI monitoring and dedicated reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Regular review and analysis of pricing, promotions and portfolio availability based on sales analysis, producing, and sharing recommendations for the business. Including recommendations about Product Portfolio and Supplier Mix
- Continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount and margins performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions
- Monthly price forecasting
- Competition monitoring and reacting
- Promo and CRM campaigns design to reach ASP target and to push consumer upselling
- Weekly and monthly marketing reporting (i.e. funnel KPIs, etc) and manage upper funnel forecasting process for all the marketing channels
- Support the transition from the local BI platforms into the new BI stack by designing and co-building with the BI team the relevant dashboards for the sales team
- Support the delivery of local, regional, and global projects within the area of responsibility
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or other quantitative field
- Proven experience in analysing data and making recommendations and commercial decisions based on your findings
- Strong inclination to data analysis combined with the same attention and focus to the business impacts
- Previous experience as pricing, marketing or commercial analyst
- Very good Power BI and Excel skills
- Microsoft SQL knowledge will be considered a plus
- Critical thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a very good business acumen
- Ability to deep dive into details, connecting the dots and building the big picture
- Teamwork attitude, ability to work and achieve results through others
- Ability to cope effectively with different roles and cultures across the organisation
- Open communication relational & buy-in skills
- Constantly seeks ways to improve both own and business performance
