Designed as an early‑career Technical Program Management opportunity, this role provides broad exposure across solution management, governance, and operational enablement. With mentorship and coaching, the role enables individuals to independently own workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive execution outcomes, with increasing scope and complexity as capability and confidence grow.

  • Proactively identify emerging risks, cross‑team impacts, and mitigation options.
  • Escalate risks and issues with clarity, context, and recommended actions.

Process & Quality Enablement

  • Lead documentation and standardisation of core processes, playbooks, and ways of working across the data centre build lifecycle.
  • Support quality checks, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify systemic gaps and inefficiencies and contribute to sustainable process improvements.

Tooling & Automation

  • Define requirements and support the adoption and improvement of delivery tools, templates, and workflows.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives through requirements definition, data validation, user testing, and feedback cycles.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Translate data into insights, trends, and recommendations that support informed decision‑making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting hygiene.
