The Trade Desk’s APAC Marketing team plays a key role in driving demand generation, brand engagement, and marketing impact across the region. We are seeking an APAC Campaign Operations & North Asia Marketing Manager to support campaign execution across APAC while also leading North Asia focused marketing initiatives. Based in Shanghai or Hong Kong, this role will work closely with the regional digital marketing team, external agency partners, and local country teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently while also driving strategic marketing initiatives within North Asia markets.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support the operational execution of APAC digital marketing campaigns by coordinating campaign setup, managing campaign assets, and working closely with agency partners to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and on time.
  • Partner with the APAC digital marketing team to support campaign planning and media plan development, helping operationalize campaign strategies across channels and markets.
  • Act as a key liaison with regional marketing agencies to coordinate campaign execution, manage timelines, and ensure campaign requirements and assets are delivered accurately.
  • Support negotiations and coordination with media partners, particularly within China, helping structure direct media partnerships and activation plans with local trade media
  • Help build and operationalize media plans for regional campaigns, including identifying appropriate channels, negotiating partner placements, and ensuring campaigns align with regional objectives.
  • Lead and drive North Asia focused marketing initiatives or single country projects from concept through execution in partnership with local sales and marketing stakeholders.
  • Identify and activate relevant media partners, channels, and marketing opportunities across North Asia markets, with a strong focus on the China media ecosystem.
  • Coordinate campaign localization across APAC markets including translation workflows, asset reviews, and ensuring localized materials are ready for activation.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management.
  • Strong familiarity with the digital media landscape in China, including experience planning and launching campaigns across platforms such as WeChat, Baidu, Douyin, Youku, Tencent, and other local partners.
  • Experience negotiating and activating direct media partnerships within China, including working with publishers or platform partners to structure campaign placements and media plans.
  • Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns across global platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Search.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing agencies and coordinating campaign execution across multiple stakeholders and markets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across regional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
