Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable Supervisor with accounts payable and expense report auditing globally while providing outstanding customer service to the Firm's personnel, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be very flexible and highly committed to quality, teamwork, and supporting Firm and department goals in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Senior Manager, Accounts Payable
Job Responsibilities
- Invoice entry.
- Data entry.
- Expense report review and follow-up.
- Assist with ERP testing and implementation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level accounting role.
- Understanding of Accounts Payable processing.
- Strong 10 key and keyboard skills and competence of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to quality customer service (internal and external).
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday required.
