We are looking for a Junior AP Accountant to our team in Katowice.
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
- Obtain necessary approvals for payment processing.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.
- Process any corrections if needed.
- Verify payment proposal if needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounts payable function.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Well-organized and strong attention to details.
- High communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
