About us
We are looking for an AP Intern to join core team of our Shared Service Center in Warsaw to help us establish best in class service. This is an unique opportunity to join one of the newly created entities within one of the oldest continuously running companies in the world.
What we can offer you
You will work in a team focused on securing end-to-end AP operations for given region. Also, you will have a chance to take part in process optimization and continuous improvements initiatives.
Your main tasks
· Supporting effective delivery of payables activities such as invoice handling & posting, payments, master data management, vendor/internal queries
· Stabilizing the migrated process
· Supporting month/year end closing activities related to AP
· Ensuring smooth running of the PTP function
Requirements
· knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook) is a must, SAP will be an advantage
· very good English (B2+), German ( A2/B1)
· flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
· excellent interpersonal & communication skills and self-motivation
