Job Description

Scope of Work

Own end‑to‑end delivery of Group retail strategy & AP House business objectives. Lead the site via client‑centric culture, operational & people leadership. Full accountability for daily store operations, cross‑department collaboration, visual merchandising, staff management, internal controls, and structured reporting to regional management. This role will report to retail director.

Job Description

  • Own the full delivery of group retail strategy and AP House business targets, with end-to-end accountability for store daily operations, cross-functional collaboration, VM, internal controls and structured regional reporting.
  • Lead client development and brand ambassador work: elevate customer experience, capture sales & aftersales opportunities, develop VIP relationships, execute CRM strategy and build partnerships with hotels, clubs and operators for high-quality footfall.
  • Deliver sales targets by participating in marketing events, driving new client acquisition from walk-ins and off-site touchpoints, and documenting VIP customer journeys.
  • Serve as people leader: recruit, develop and retain high-performance talent; cascade retail strategy, set team KPIs, provide coaching & performance feedback and build team capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent global brand standards for store environment, hygiene, VM, staff grooming, displays and marketing collaterals, and promptly escalate facility or renovation issues.
  • Own site P&L, inventory control, budget, security and high-value stock oversight; manage ageing stock and drive margin improvement.
  • Enforce company policies, forecasting and monthly reporting; oversee repair workflows and complex customer cases, act as on-floor sales support and exchange best practices with local management & HQ.
  • Maintain close communication with Service Center, implement local marketing initiatives and track both qualitative and quantitative KPIs covering store presentation, service quality, sales growth and new client data acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Solid senior luxury retail store / house leadership background; proven track record managing full‑P&L brick‑and‑mortar premium luxury site. Deep knowledge of high‑end client relations, CRM implementation, VIP development, local marketing & hospitality‑partner ecosystem building.
  • Hands‑on expertise in retail operations: visual merchandising, inventory control, budget, security, after‑sales & repair workflows. Strong people leadership: end‑to‑end talent recruitment, coaching, performance management, team engagement.
  • Role‑model brand values; excellent cross‑functional & cross‑regional communication, written & verbal English for HQ interaction. Data‑driven, results‑oriented; able to translate global strategy into local actionable plans.
  • Customer‑first mindset; sharp commercial acumen on sales, margin, stock & profitability. Proactive reporting, risk awareness, strong internal‑control awareness. Able to balance brand standard compliance and local‑market business development.
  • High resilience, situational adaptability, hands‑on floor presence. Collaboration across internal departments and external partners.

Skills Required
