Job Summary:

You will assist a Team Lead in ensuring clients day-to-day service expectations are met.

Requirements:

The primary objective of the role is to support the agency and their clients by leading in the following functions:

  • Assist Team Lead with the entire account-service process.

  • Prepare quotes and proposals.

  • Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.

  • Check and verify policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.

  • Assist in coordinating premium financing and the collection of premiums.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and organized account files.

  • Systematically use the agency’s databases to support sales and renewal processes.

  • Assist with Claims reporting, management, and resolution.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

  • At least 3-5 years of independent agency experience

  • Active California P&C License

  • Strong Customer Service Skills

  • Ability to simultaneously navigate coverage, claims, and accounting.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Knowledge of various coverages including liability, property, crime, NOA, D & O, E & O, Hole in One, One-Day Events, Earthquake

  • Knowledge of Hawksoft Database system or similar preferred

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. Work is performed in an interior office environment.

Pay Details:

Hourly: $30 - $36
