• 항체 엔지니어링 기반의 ADC플랫폼 혁신 및 신규 항체 발굴

• 항체 발현·정제 및 물리화학적 특성 분석  
  
• 국내외 협력사 및 CRO 연구활동 관리 및 기술 커뮤니케이션 
  

 자격요건 및 우대사항

• 생명공학, 분자생물학, 단백질/항체 공학 또는 관련분야 석사 이상 
  
• 항체 및 단백질 의약품 연구개발 경험자 (ADC 플랫폼 또는 항체 엔지니어링 경험자 우대) 

• 기본적인 영어 문서작성 및 커뮤니케이션 가능자 (영어 능통자 우대)

General Summary

Orum Therapeutics is a global biotechnology company focused on developing novel cancer therapeutics based on its proprietary platform that integrates the advantages of Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) and Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) technologies. 

Orum is the first in the world to advance a platform that combines ADC and TPD approaches into clinical development and has received two IND approvals from the U.S. FDA. The company has also demonstrated its global scientific competitiveness through technology licensing agreements with Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) and Vertex Pharmaceuticals. 

In February 2025, Orum successfully completed its KOSDAQ listing. With R&D centers in Daejeon, South Korea, and Boston, USA, the company continues to accelerate its global research and clinical development through close cross-site collaboration. 

Orum fosters a flat and autonomous organizational culture, encouraging team members to demonstrate professional excellence, accountability, and leadership while growing together.  The Daejeon R&D center is now seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our Antibody Engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation antibody-based therapeutics. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive innovation within the ADC platform team by pursuing antibody engineering and discovery of novel antibodies 
• Discover and optimize preclinical antibody-based therapeutic candidates 
  
• Engineer antibodies/proteins to modulate binding affinity and enhance stability 
  
• Perform antibody expression, purification, and generate data in support of physicochemical characterization of antibodies
  
• Manage collaborative research and enable technical communication with domestic and global CRO partners  

Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• Master’s degree or higher in biotechnology, molecular biology, protein/antibody engineering, or a related field 
• Experience in antibody or protein therapeutic development 
  (prior experience in ADC platforms or antibody engineering is preferred)
