We are searching for the best talent for Sales Supervisor - Surgery to be in Seoul / Daejeon / Daegu / Gwangju – multiple positions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsibility for managing multiple core products and one or more key accounts
  • Resource allocation within the team
  • Has a deep understanding of the market and competitors
  • Provide guidance and coaching on the functional and leadership capabilities of team members
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment for enhanced engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure your team's success
  • Builds relationships with key customers and partners
  • Adhere to company regulations and compliance policies within your team

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills, relationship-building, collaboration, and teamwork
  • Strong drive for results and customer focus
  • Resilience and courage in unfamiliar and challenging situations
  • The ability to instill trust, including adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
