The Role:
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Angular, including the setup and management of large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices, package management, and security best practices.
- Strong emphasis on unit testing and end-to-end testing, with a focus on building maintainable, scalable code.
Bonus
- Experience with Nx for monorepo management.
- Background in leading development teams or mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
Design and Develop User Interfaces: Build and maintain user-friendly web interfaces using Angular, ensuring a responsive design that works across different devices and browsers.
Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Follow best practices for coding standards, including writing modular, reusable, and testable code. Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to style guides.
Optimize Application Performance: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience. This includes optimizing rendering, load times, and overall application efficiency.
Implement and Maintain Application Architecture: Design and implement scalable application architectures using Angular best practices, such as component-based architecture and state management.
Debug and Troubleshoot Issues: Use debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues and bugs in the application. Provide timely solutions to ensure minimal disruption to users.
Stay Updated with Latest Technologies: Keep up-to-date with the latest Angular updates and web development trends to continuously improve skills and apply new techniques in projects.
Create and Maintain Documentation: Document code, development processes, and application features to ensure clarity and facilitate easier maintenance and onboarding for new team members.
Ensure Cross-Browser Compatibility: Test and ensure that web applications function correctly across various browsers and devices, addressing any inconsistencies.
Implement Security Best Practices: Follow security best practices to protect the application from vulnerabilities and ensure the safe handling of user data.
Conduct Code Reviews and Provide Feedback: Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Work with Version Control Systems: Use version control systems (like Git) to manage code changes, collaborate with other developers, and maintain a clean project history.
