We are looking for an experienced and passionate Angular Developer to join our team. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a web app, with a focus on performance.
As an Angular Developer, you will be involved in creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app.
You should be a team player and an excellent communicator. You will work in a team with the back-end developer and communicate with the API using standard methods. A thorough understanding of all the components of our platform and infrastructure is required. You should be capable of handling many aspects of the application, including but not limited to performance, scalability, security, and testing.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capability to design minimalist modern design for web apps with all the latest technology trends.
- Capability to write tested and documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Capability to create designs and technical decisions for the work-related with the Angular Project.
- Capability to write code that is lightweight, well-optimised, and provides high performance.
- Capability to write the code for application and unit test for the application development centre.
- Capability to research the product and takedown complex tasks.
- Follow the company’s programming practices.
- Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare an update for systems.
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
- Create technical specifications and test plans.
- Monitor the everyday activities of the system and provide the necessary support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent with programming experience
- 2+ years of front-end development experience with Angular, Typescript.
- Strong knowledge in object-oriented principles and front-end patterns.
- Capability to write code that is cross-browser compatible.
- Understanding of REST services.
- Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like MVVM/MVC.
- Decent experience with tools like Grunt and Gulp.
- Understanding of testing frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine, Aurelia etc.
- Experience delivering and maintaining applications.
- Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) & familiarity with project management methodology, Agile/Scrum and JIRA
