Vine Reproductive Health, a brand-new fertility clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma and part of Dallas IVF, is seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Andrologist. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new clinic and help shape a growing andrology lab from day one. This full-time role works closely with infertility specialists, OB-GYNs, urologists, and oncologists to support diagnostic and therapeutic andrology procedures. Responsibilities include semen analysis, sperm cryopreservation, and specimen preparation for insemination.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biological Science or Medical Technology

At least 1 year of laboratory experience

Previous fertility clinic experience is strongly preferred

Essential Job Responsibilities
Specimen Analysis:
-
Prepare specimens for analysis and perform testing following written protocols
-
Independently perform semen analysis, sperm DNA Fragmentation testing, sperm preparation for IUI, sperm cryopreservation,
-
Prepare and adjust reagents and media as needed
-
Verify test results using technical knowledge and instruments
-
Identify and resolve problems when established criteria are not available

Suggest additional laboratory testing as needed
-
Accurately report patient results within the electronic medical record
Quality Control:

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
-
Recognize and correct basic malfunctions; escalate when necessary
-
Evaluate media, reagents, and calibrators per standards
-
Conduct quality control procedures and take corrective actions when indicated

Participate in developing performance specifications for new methods
