Job Summary

Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for coordinating the servicing of mid-size and large accounts (51-1,999)and key brokers. Also responsible for client retention and customer satisfaction. This position partners with sales, service and underwriting to effectively retain business, demonstrates working knowledge of products as well as service work-flows and underwriting principles. Supports Account Executive and coordinates work product of Marketing Service Representative

Required Job Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry in one or more of the following: sales support, marketing support, underwriting, customer service, or sales/account management.
  • Current state general agent license OR obtain state general agent license within 90 days of starting in the role.
  • Group insurance product knowledge with life and disability. Supplemental Health knowledge preferred.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Skills and experience addressing customer needs and building strong customer relations.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Ability and willingness to travel, as needed.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree.

Base Pay Range$63,600.00 - $95,300.00
