Role OverviewThis role is focused on guiding Agile delivery for Anaplan initiatives in a collaborative enterprise environment. You will partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, model builders, analysts, and technical teams to keep delivery organized, transparent, and moving forward. We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience who can bring structure, momentum, and steady facilitation to complex planning work.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release planning.
- Partner with Product Owners to keep the backlog prioritized, clear, and ready for sprint execution.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria that support Anaplan delivery.
- Coordinate across business users, Product Owners, model builders, analysts, and technical teams to maintain alignment on scope, dependencies, and delivery goals.
- Support UAT activities by helping validate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Track impediments, risks, and delivery blockers, and help drive timely resolution.
- Protect the team from unnecessary scope creep and external disruptions while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Support transparency through delivery updates, sprint health indicators, and progress reporting.
- Encourage continuous improvement in planning, collaboration, and release readiness.
- Own outcomes with accountability and integrity by keeping commitments visible, raising risks early, and following through on agreed actions.
- Stay close to the work by understanding the details of Anaplan delivery, removing blockers quickly, and helping the team focus on what matters most.

- Experience supporting UAT, release readiness, and delivery metrics reporting.
- Familiarity with The Anaplan Way or similar structured planning delivery methods.
