About the role
As an Anaplan admin, you will focus on day-to-day administration, BAU processes and model maintenance, and low-level troubleshooting of Charlotte Tilbury’s Anaplan Applications. Potentially someone with limited/no Anaplan experience but with a background in financial data modelling/analytics, is enthusiastic, curious and keen to learn.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence the FP&A processes and support the roadmap of technology transformation within Charlotte Tilbury.
- Knowledge - Build and develop understanding of existing applications, models and process flows
- Processes - Contribute to process documentation, including drafting user stories and updating existing admin documentation
- Daily maintenance- Monitoring and handling user support tickets, and working with the Anaplan team to solve minor BAU issues, and keep model running smoothly day to day
- Monthly Actuals -Running monthly BAU actuals integration from ERP system at month end, including final reconciliation
- New Developments-Support ad hoc projects as required
- Stakeholder Management - Clear communication with Anaplan users, timely resolution of issues. Build relationship with group FP&A and wider finance
- User Management - Manage licences - maintain list of active users/roles, ensuring in line with contract. Manage starters and leavers via service now tickets

About you
- Degree -Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Business, Technology or Finance, or a similar analytics related field
- Anaplan-model building - Level 1 Anaplan Certification/ Strong Excel experience or basic modelling experience in any tool and experience handing IT support tickets
- Financial Modelling- Foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows
- Stakeholder management- Ability to communicate and document processes and updates clearly and accurately
- Behaviours- Ability to think logically and methodically; demonstrating clear critical thinking skills
- Behaviours- Positive 'can-do' attitude
Behaviours- Flexible and proactive with an eagerness to learn
Behaviours- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business
