Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting Healthspring national value based arrangements. This will include contract analysis, trend review, data problem solving and developing/analyzing ad hoc reporting. The position will work with internal parties and external value based groups.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Lead financial support/reporting activities and projects including developing project timelines, working across departments, ensuring end results are met within time frame and meeting goals/objectives. May handle escalated issues, may assist with training staff or other personnel, may mentor staff.
*Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree and 4 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action OR 9 years of analytical experience in relationship management or driving analytics insights into action.
*Experience gathering and document business requirements in support of information-related strategies.
*Experience solving complex problems; Experience taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
*Knowledge of various software development processes, including SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools and technologies.
*Experience creating and conducting presentations to inform and influence.
*Experience in leading functional teams and projects.
*Experience with SAS, SPSS, R, MATLAB, SQL, Python etc.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*PC proficiency with Microsoft applications including Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor degree in business, engineering or mathematics.
*Master degree.
*Healthcare experience in business development, business analytics, or innovation management
*Experience with Medicare Advantage and value based contracting arrangements
*SQL/Teradata query writing

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
