Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager – People Analytics, MIS & HR Operations to drive workforce analytics, reporting, budgeting, benchmarking, and HR operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in People Analytics, HR Operations, MIS, and dashboarding, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions.
This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, stakeholder management, process excellence, and business acumen to support leadership with meaningful workforce intelligence and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & Insights
Lead the People Analytics function by generating actionable workforce insights to support business and HR decision-making.
Analyze employee lifecycle data including hiring, attrition, productivity, engagement, diversity, and workforce planning metrics.
Develop predictive and descriptive analytics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.

Dashboarding & MIS
Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and automated reporting solutions for leadership reviews.
Own periodic MIS reporting including headcount, attrition, hiring, workforce costs, productivity, and compliance metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across HR systems and reporting platforms.
Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

Budgeting & Workforce Planning
Support annual manpower planning and workforce budgeting exercises.
Monitor HR budgets, workforce costs, and productivity metrics against approved plans.
Conduct scenario modeling and workforce forecasting to support business growth plans.
Provide insights on cost optimization and workforce efficiency.

Benchmarking & Strategic Projects
Conduct internal and external benchmarking studies related to compensation, workforce productivity, organizational structures, and HR metrics.
Support strategic HR initiatives through data analysis and business case development.
Track industry trends and best practices in people analytics and workforce management.
HR Operations Excellence
Drive HR operational governance and ensure adherence to defined processes and policies.
Monitor and improve HR service delivery metrics and operational KPIs.
Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP teams to streamline processes and improve employee experience.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with senior leadership, Finance, HR, and business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Present workforce insights, trends, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor on people metrics and workforce-related decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, Operations, or related field from a reputed institute.
9–13 years of relevant experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, MIS, Workforce Planning, HR Operations, or related domains.
Strong experience in HR reporting, dashboard creation, workforce budgeting, and benchmarking.
Proven track record of managing HR operations and driving process excellence initiatives.
Experience working with large datasets and HR systems.

Preferred Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization capabilities.
Experience with HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, or similar systems.
Understanding of workforce planning, budgeting, organizational effectiveness, and HR metrics.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
High attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
