Capability Overview
Our Martech department exists to empower platforms with high-quality data to fuel AI, marketing and reporting success. Our expertise includes martech architecture design, platform integration and the implementation of cutting-edge, privacy-centric technologies. We future-ready advertiser measurement in the evolving digital ecosystem, driving campaign efficiency and effectiveness through bespoke pipelines and automation that enable advanced marketing activities.
Job Description
Reporting to our Senior Analytics Director, you will create impact in our Analytics team, within the Martech department. We take pride in our close partnership with Google and our work with some of the largest advertisers in the Asia-Pacific region, setting us apart in the industry.
You will own the measurement approach across enterprise accounts, translating complex client needs into scalable tagging and data strategies. As a hands-on technical specialist, you will build and QA the implementation yourself, while acting as the trusted escalation point for client questions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, QA, and maintain client-side and server-side GTM setups (GA4, web, and app), including tracking specs, data layers, and workspace hygiene.
Implement server-side CAPI integrations (Meta, TikTok, Enhanced Conversions) and consent frameworks (CMP, Consent Mode) engineered for browser signal loss.
Query raw event-level data in BigQuery using SQL to validate tracking accuracy, aggregate platform API data (via tools like Funnel), and assemble reliable reporting datasets.
Design actionable Looker Studio dashboards translating raw metrics into clear recommendations for marketing stakeholders.
Be the primary technical point of contact, converting loose marketing asks into actionable solutions while clearly explaining trade-offs.
Advise clients on the right measurement approaches (platform attribution, incrementality, geo-testing, MMM) and ensure delivered data properly feeds these frameworks.
Leverage AI tools to draft and debug code (SQL, GTM, QA scripts) under strict governance, while supporting measurement strategies for AI search and assistant-driven discovery.
Create comprehensive implementation guides and conduct training sessions for client teams.
Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (including property architecture, server-side setups, and CAPI integrations), supported by fluent JavaScript/HTML skills for custom data layer implementation, APIs, and web/app tracking.
Practical experience configuring Consent Mode and CMPs, with a grasp of client-relevant privacy regulations.
Proficient in SQL (BigQuery or equivalent) for designing reporting data models, managing media aggregation pipelines (e.g., Funnel), and building dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
Working knowledge of cross-channel measurement frameworks, including incrementality testing, geo-testing, MMM, and causal inference.
You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
You're comfortable leading workshops or training, with a "why-before-how" mindset that can talk stakeholders out of ineffective solutions.
When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people, valuing and respecting diverse contributions, to find practical solutions.
Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. If you want to join our collaborative team, we invite you to apply today with your resume in English.
