Summary:
The Analytics Manager, Global Web manages analytics reporting and systems for the Genesys.com website. Our ideal candidate has deep experience scaling analytics platforms and programs to effectively measure the growth of traffic, conversion, and digital content engagement. Supporting stakeholders and digital creators across the company, they’ll provide data-driven insights and reporting for top pages, campaigns, and journeys. Fostering a culture of continuous research and testing, they will work with other leaders to deliver more digital performance and better customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage analytics reporting and systems for Genesys.com
- Create web reporting and reusable dashboards
- Translate complex web data into actionable insights
- Identify, tag and track key web KPIs and journeys
- Measure impact of redesigns and content updates
- Measure impact of A/B testing and personalization
- Optimize tagging and scripts for performance
- Conduct quantitative web audits, research, and analysis
- Document and socialize analytics standards and best practices
- Maintain and optimize reporting across analytics platforms
- Partner with agencies and marketing analytics teams to connect data and insights
- Provide stakeholders with proactive and reactive insights
- Automate systems for easy use by web stakeholders
- Make data-driven recommendations for web roadmap
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 7+ years of experience
- Willing to work with the Global Team, US Eastern Standard Time
- Expert in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Contentsquare platforms
- Expert in Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, SQL, and HTML
- Experience in leading web analytics for demand-generation
- Experience with A/B testing platforms, strategy, and reporting
- Experience optimizing web content management systems for reporting
- Work samples showcasing insights for web teams and leadership
- Experience leading web analytics for SaaS or technology websites
- Resourceful self-starter with curious and collaborative mindset
- Strong speaking and beautiful presentation skills
