This role, reporting to the Lead Digital Analytics Manager, is a fantastic opportunity to improve the Digital experience of our customers, through enabling key stakeholders to make data driven decisions.

The Digital Analytics team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders, providing reporting, analysis and information to support decision making, as well as being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Digital Analytics tools across multiple domains.

As an Analytics Insights Specialist, you will bring a passion for data and insights and will partner with the business to understand their needs, providing the necessary information, distilling complex analysis into simple insights.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

• Produce reporting and create engaging dashboards to empower people to make decisions based on data
• Translate business objectives into tracking and reporting requirements, advising on benchmarks and KPIs
• Analyse digital data to produce actionable insights and recommendations
• Partner with stakeholders to understand the full online customer journey and find areas for opportunity and improvement
• Support on developing and executing an A/B testing roadmap to continually optimise the online experience

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

• Proven experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI) is essential
• Proven experience using SQL is essential
• Digital Analytics and A/B testing experience, preferably using the Adobe suite
• Very strong data analysis skills, ability to identify and explain patterns, trends and anomalies in the data
• Great communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex analysis into engaging insight
• Good understanding of Digital Marketing channels and ROI/performance reporting
• Ability to multitask, self-prioritise, and communicate progress and expected milestones
