We are looking for a new candidate to our Analytics & Insights Managerial Development Program in Warsaw!
Location: Warsaw
Program Duration: 6 months
Work schedule: full time

The role creates a point of difference for P&G. We directly influence business strategy, via deep consumer, retailer and market understanding, spanning from human insights to data science.
This role is within Human Insights. You will be the broader A&I organization go-to-person on understanding people and uncovering insights that drive business choices and broader strategies, with your deep understanding and passion for human psychology and behavioral science.
Key Responsibilities
Advocating for consumer empathy across the organization through ongoing immersions with consumers, helping build the skills and confidence in the organization.
Defining human insights about consumers, JTBD (Jobs to be done), purchase drivers via relevant frameworks
Communicating consumer needs, tensions and motivations to develop and influence meaningful brand strategies.
Analyze and integrate data from different sources to prepare a business recommendation
The Development Program will allow you to:

Job Qualifications
3rd, 4th, 5th year students or recent graduates - with a real passion for business and consumer understanding
Fluent in English and proficient in at least one Central European language (Hungarian, Czech, Croatian, Polish, Slovak, or Ukrainian)
Strong analytical skills and an analytical problem solver (Experience with Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, Knime, etc would be additional assets) with ability to turn recommendations into reality
Values simplicity and sets priorities
Is curious about consumers and seeks to understand ‘why’ behind daily behaviors, choices and needs.
Has the ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions in a unique and creative way
