Analytics Executive - Business TransformationWhat does a great Analytics Executive - Business Transformation do?As an Analytics Executive - Business Transformation, you will turn complex data into insights that influence high-value enterprise decisions across priority business areas.

This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business performance, commercial evaluation, and AI-enabled decision support. You will analyze complex business questions, quantify opportunities, build scenarios, and develop insight-led recommendations for senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with commercial mindset, structured problem-solving, visualization skills, and the ability to translate data into clear executive storytelling.
What You'll DoOpportunity Sizing & Business Insights
- Quantify high-value opportunity pools across priority transformation areas and business themes.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business drivers, risks, gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct commercial evaluations, customer analysis, product analysis, profitability reviews, and performance diagnostics.
Deep-Dive Analytics & Scenario Modelling
- Analyze complex business questions beyond standard reporting and develop insight-led recommendations.
- Build scenario models to evaluate options, trade-offs, sensitivities, and business impact.
- Develop forecasting models, analytical frameworks, and performance views to support strategic decisions.
Visualization, Storytelling & AI Enablement
- Create clear dashboards, visualizations, and executive-ready analysis packs for leadership discussions.
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to scale insights, automate analysis, and improve decision quality.
- Translate analytical findings into practical actions, business narratives, and measurable outcomes.
- 4-6 years of experience in analytics, data science, consulting, finance, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Strong SQL, Python, visualization, modelling, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong analytical storytelling with the ability to simplify complex datasets into clear business recommendations.
- Commercial mindset with experience evaluating performance, opportunity pools, scenarios, and business impact.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience preparing executive-level analysis.
- People management and team handling experience, including guiding junior analysts, managing work allocation, and reviewing analytical outputs.
- Ability to coordinate small analytics workstreams, mentor team members, and drive delivery against defined timelines.
- Experience in pricing, voice of customer, attrition analytics, demand generation, sales effectiveness, or commercial analytics.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, financial services, consulting, or technology organizations.
- Exposure to BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics, process automation, or digital modernization initiatives.
