This is a hybrid role based in Tel- Aviv, Israel.

About the role

Sensi builds AI products for home care. We’re looking for a Analytics Engineer to own the data and analytics foundation that helps Product, Growth, Customer Success, R&D, and leadership make better decisions.

You’ll own the path from raw data to actionable insight - building reliable models, defining key metrics, analyzing product and business performance, and communicating what the data actually tells us.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze product and business performance: Track core KPIs, investigate trends and anomalies, and analyze product usage, feature adoption, customer behavior, funnels, and retention to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Turn data into actionable insights: Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations that help Product, Growth, Customer Success, and leadership make better decisions.
  • Evaluate product initiatives: Measure the impact of new features, product changes, and experiments using appropriate analytical and statistical methods.
  • Own analytical data models: Develop and maintain reliable, well-structured data models that support consistent metrics, self-service analytics, and trusted business reporting.
  • Improve the analytics foundation: Contribute to the evolution of our analytics infrastructure, data quality, and tracking in collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders.
  • Build and communicate insights: Develop dashboards and targeted analyses, and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, connecting results to business impact.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, BI, data analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently explore data, investigate complex questions, and derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience analyzing product performance, customer behavior, business KPIs, funnels, retention, or other business-critical metrics.
  • Experience with product analytics and BI tools, such as Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and statistical judgment, including experience evaluating trends, interpreting experiments, and working with imperfect data.
  • Strong business acumen, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with dbt or similar data transformation tools, including building and maintaining analytical data models - a significant advantage.
  • Experience with modern data platforms and cloud technologies, such as AWS, Athena, Spark, or similar.
  • Experience with Python for analytics and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with AI-powered, voice, or conversational products, or in healthcare and home care.

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or analytics engineering
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong data modeling skills
  • Strong Python skills
  • Hands-on dbt experience
  • Experience with modern data platforms, ideally AWS Glue, Athena, S3, Spark, and Iceberg
  • Experience with product analytics and business intelligence tools such as Mixpanel, Grafana, and Hex
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and HubSpot data, including CRM, sales, or lead-funnel data
  • Strong analytical and statistical judgment, including experimentation and working with imperfect or noisy data
  • Strong ownership and communication skills
  • Experience with AI, voice, or conversational products
  • Experience in healthcare or home care
