Working in the tech team at Doctolib involves building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. We work in feature teams in an agile environment, while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams.
Doctolib is currently seeking an experienced Analytics Engineering Manager to lead a team of 6-7 individuals in the Product domain. As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will be owner of the complete data pipeline, from data extraction to publication. Our approach to deliver value and impact is product oriented.
What You'll Do:- Manage and grow the AE team, directly managing 6-7 engineers.
- Define the technical roadmap in alignment with Tech & Product goals
- Work closely with Data Product Managers to help to iterate on Data Products
- Collaborate with Data & Machine Learning Platforms teams to empower innovation and make our stack performante, reliable and stable.
- Create a strong team culture aligned with our engineering standards and customer focus.
- Participate in hands-on work, including code reviews, grooming and design review
- Lead and manage a team of 6-7 individuals, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Master the entire data lifecycle, from data extraction to publication, ensuring high-quality and reliable data assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support various business initiatives.
- Bring a fresh perspective to the team, introducing new ideas and innovative approaches to analytics engineering.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration, working closely with the other 3 Analytics Engineering teams.
