- Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions
- Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
- Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment
- Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growth
- Align department goals to company strategy and vision
- Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
- Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions

What You Will Bring
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy, deliver measurable impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions that support performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Python or R to support statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation across teams and platforms.
- Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to lead strategic reporting and executive-level storytelling.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships, aligning on KPI frameworks, and embedding analytics into product, marketing, and operational workflows.
- A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders, shaping team culture, and implementing governance and process improvements across complex organizations.
