The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Analytics Data Developer (Solventum) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
•    Implementing high quality TSQL Stored procedures for use within an angular framework running over MS SQL Server
•    Properly tuning SQL Scripts for data retrieval performance.
•    Determining data transformations for optimal data load performance
•    Supporting various stakeholders to ensure consistency within the environment, release management, and the effective use of standards and best practices

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field
•    Minimum of two 2 years of software development experience, Angular, SQL, Python etc.
•    Minimum of 2 years of experience with relational database and SQL 
•    Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with data warehouses and/or equivalent large data sets

AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: 
•    Development experience in a cloud computing environment; AWS preferred.
•    Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
•    Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing or conflicting challenges and issues
•    Demonstrated team player with results-oriented track record

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•    Experience with database test automation
•    Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues
•    Work experience with healthcare data and healthcare related security concepts
•    Demonstrated abilities in creative problem solving and critical thinking
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
•    Strong communicator, possessing interpersonal skills and judgment in order to interact effectively with a broad spectrum of people, both individually and in groups
•    Excellent analytical and documentation skills
•    Highly motivated and a self-starter

Travel: May include up to 5% Domestic
