The Opportunity:Drive and complete experimental work for the analytical characterization of synthetic molecules including small molecules and complex synthetic molecules like oligonucleotides, peptides or various conjugates using chromatographic techniques coupled with mass spectrometry or other technologies.
Develop analytical methods and analyze samples for the characterization and/or quantification of impurities.
Conduct advanced experimental work and proactively screen the external scientific landscape to identify and implement new technologies, ensuring our department remains at the scientific forefront.
Drive the identification and implementation of new technologies to support our evolving portfolio.
May lead/supervise external scientific activities e.g. collaborations with universities or Contract Laboratories.
Conduct experimental work in the laboratory and serve as a technical lead for associates
Partner with other scientific groups e.g. process development, biologics analytical development or research and foster scientific networking.
Promote a culture of proactive problem prevention and active problem-solving, fostering a performance-oriented and collegial working atmosphere.
You have a PhD or Master's degree in Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
You are looking for your first role in the industry after your PhD / PostDoc or bring experience in the industry in a related field.
You possess solid expertise in analytical chemistry applied to the characterization of synthetic molecules including mass spectrometry, chromatographic techniques and other physico chemical methods.
You are comfortable with managing parallel activities, and embracing digital systems.
You are a highly collaborative individual with strong technical skills, demonstrating full autonomy, drive, and ownership of your work.
You are fluent in English.
