How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Join the laboratory team to play a central role in the analytical excellence of our Electronics business, a rapidly expanding sector. Your key responsibilities will allow you to be at the forefront of innovation and expertise:
Drive Analytical Innovation: Lead strategic analytical developments and the qualification of new molecules, thereby ensuring the reliability of our products.
Cutting-Edge Expertise: Lead developments in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography, specifically for organosilicate and organometallic molecules.
Knowledge Sharing: Train our teams on the most advanced analytical techniques and provide specialized expertise in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography.
Quality Assurance: Manage the qualification of new molecule suppliers and define qualification protocols in close collaboration with the Quality department.
International Interface: Act as the analytical and technical point of contact with Air Liquide's international laboratories (notably Fremont and Dallas) for crucial correlation studies.
Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement, demonstrating a strong proposal-making capacity, particularly regarding safety, and ensuring effective cross-functional management.

Your Profile and Essential Skills:
Education: Master's degree or Engineering degree in analytical chemistry.
Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with essential proficiency in ICP-MS and Ion Chromatography techniques.
Work Environment: Comfortable working in a cleanroom.
Personal Qualities: You stand out for your critical thinking, rigor, meticulousness, and perseverance.
International Context: Ability to interact and communicate effectively in a context of collaboration with our laboratories abroad.
