We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Analytic Support team under the guidance of the Analytic Support Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, work across departments to deliver analytics solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This is a dynamic role with opportunities for professional growth, including advanced analytics, project management, and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the first point of contact for World Courier employees by keeping track of reporting incidents.
- Ensure the resolution of basic incidents, and/or escalate to senior team members based on incident complexity.
- Support business requests related to reporting system access and reporting system usage.
- Create, update and debug Alteryx workflows.
- Perform initial assessment of SQL stored procedures to identify potential data errors.
- Assist in administration of Alteryx Server and Alteryx Gallery environments.
- Actively review queues and monitor tool usage.
- Run periodic reports in Excel. Ensure timely report delivery to stakeholders.
- Support data extraction from SQL database based on requests from different business segments.
- Serve as a resource for interpreting data and information.
- Create and/or update documentation, self-service guides reporting tools.
- Work closely with all other teams in Analytics to coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure deliverables are met.
- Support senior team members on enhancements to existing tools and processes.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics).
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in analytics and reporting, ideally within logistics or a related field.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Planning, analytical, and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems to identify and apply appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel (essential).
- Ability to write and understand Structure Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL) and data management (desirable).
- Ability to create and/or understand one of the following - Alteryx Designer, Power BI (desirable).
- Experience with ServiceNow or any other ticket management system (desirable).
- Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional global teams.
- Intellectual curiosity and a self-starter mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across teams.
Salary: 2,135.94 - 3,051.37 eur gross/month
