Altus Group et son département « hôtellerie et villégiature (golf, station de ski) » du bureau de Montréal recherche un(e) analyste ou analyste principal(e) (stagiaire) ayant un minimum d’un an d’expérience pour l’assister dans diverses tâches dans le cadre de la collecte, l'analyse et l'organisation de l'évaluation foncière, la taxe, les données de location et d'exploitation qui doivent être utilisées dans l'évaluation immobilière et en fiscalité.

Responsabilités principales

  • S’assurer de manière proactive, que toutes les données nécessaires pour fournir des services d’évaluation immobilière et de conseils fonciers soient obtenues en temps opportun et saisie avec exactitude.
  • Mener des recherches et recueillir des données de marché à partir de bases de données interne et de sources externes, sur les statistiques du marché, les transactions de propriétés comparables et l’information générale du marché immobilier.
  • Effectuer des recherches de titres, taxes et zonage (TTZ).
  • Lecture d’actes de vente, enquêtes de transactions, plans de vente et saisie et analyse des états financiers et de statistiques de la compétition.
  • Participer à la gestion et à l’organisation des dossiers
  • Aider à la préparation de propositions de services, d’ouvertures de dossiers, de la facturation en utilisant des logiciels standards de l’industrie tels qu’Excel et Word.
  • Donner du support pour le développement des affaires
  • Aider à la préparation de rapports d’évaluation et/ou d'analyse particulière en utilisant des logiciels standards de l’industrie tels qu’Excel, Word, Altus Tools ou autres. La supervision de collègues d’expérience pourrait être nécessaire.
  • Travail d’équipe et collaboration : travailler de concert avec les membres de l’équipe partout de toute l’organisation.
  • Se déplacer pour visiter/inspecter des immeubles occasionnellement.

 

Compétences clés:

  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, surtout Word et Excel.
  • Rigueur et minutie dans l'exécution des tâches.
  • Initiative et débrouillardise pour résoudre les problèmes de manière autonome.
  • Travail en équipe et autonomie dans l'accomplissement des responsabilités.
  • Aptitudes en communication, incluant les interactions interpersonnelles, la communication écrite et les présentations orales.
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) pour faciliter la communication dans un environnement bilingue.
  • Diplôme technique ou universitaire pertinent et expérience en comptabilité ou gestion.
  • Affiliation à l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec ou à l’Institut canadien des évaluateurs (atout).
