Nous sommes à la rehcerche d'un Analyste Guidewire pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser les besoins d’affaires et les systèmes existants afin de recommander des solutions conformes aux capacités de Guidewire Cloud ClaimCenter et à l’architecture TI en place, incluant des solutions dans un environnement infonuagique basé sur AWS;

  • Traduire les exigences en spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées et encadrer leur réalisation en collaboration avec les analystes développeurs;

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’affaires, techniques et fournisseurs pour assurer la cohérence et la compréhension des solutions à mettre en place;

  • Participer à l’évaluation des efforts, des risques et des dépendances liés aux travaux fonctionnels;

  • Contribuer à la planification, à la validation et à la mise en production des solutions, incluant la rédaction de la documentation fonctionnelle et des cas d’essais;

  • Assurer l’arrimage et la cohérence des travaux sous sa responsabilité, dans le respect des normes d’architecture, de qualité et de documentation;

  • Faire preuve d’imputabilité et d’initiative, en s’investissant pleinement dans l’atteinte des objectifs, en mobilisant son autonomie avec rigueur et en agissant de façon proactive pour son développement en phase avec les besoins de l’organisation.

Qualifications

  • Cumuler de trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience en technologie de l’information;

  • Posséder une certification Guidewire. Connaissance de l’assurance de dommages;

  • Connaissances des Framework Agile tels que SCRUM, Kanban . Avoir participé à des projets ‘d’agilité à l’échelle’ tels que SAFE, LESS, DAD;

  • Aptitudes marquées pour les relations interpersonnelles et le travail en équipe;

  • Démontrer un esprit de collaboration, fait preuve d’ouverture et d’authenticité;

  • Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est requise le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des aprtenaires situés à l’extérieur du Québec;

  • Doit être former au niveau des certification GuideWire Claim Center.

Skills Required

  • 3 to 5 years of information technology experience
  • Guidewire certification (GuideWire ClaimCenter)
  • Knowledge of property and casualty (assurance de dommages) insurance
  • Experience with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban) and scaled Agile (SAFe, LeSS, DAD)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration, openness and authenticity
  • Fluent French (oral and written)
  • Functional knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • Authorized to work for any employer in Canada
