Who You Are:
You are an experienced trading and investment operations support professional with a passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets. You have at least one year of experience in back/middle office trading support at a financial institution or hedge fund and want to leverage this experience to provide support to Galaxy’s trading and investment operations. Experience with DeFi and blockchain transactions is strongly desired.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide full support to Galaxy’s trading and Digital’s Blockchain Infrastructure team
- Work in a fast-paced trading environment with daily interaction across multiple business units
- Hands on interactions with DeFi protocols and blockchain infrastructure providers
- Trade lifecycle management including staking & defi transactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
- 1+ years back/middle office experience working in trade support or trade management
- An outgoing individual with a strong work ethic and a great attention to detail
- Middle/back-office experience covering trade settlements, fail control, reconciliation of trade discrepancies, and client servicing
- Able to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment and multitask
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong desire to make processes more efficient
