1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research on office leasing trends, rental rates, and competitive analysis.
- Prepare market reports, property analyses, and comparative studies to support leasing strategies.
- Analyse occupancy rates, absorption trends, and market dynamics across different office submarkets.

2. Deal Support and Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of leasing proposals, marketing materials, and client presentations.
- Support lease negotiation processes by preparing financial analyses, cash flow projections, and comparison studies.
- Review and analyse lease documents, amendments, and related commercial terms.
- Support internal team members to coordinate with the client for deal documentation and execution.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual leasing performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of work experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or related analytical roles
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions preferred)
- Knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
