About the Role

Lift+ is Kantar's advanced brand measurement solution based on Mutli Touch Attribution that helps advertisers understand the impact of media and marketing campaigns on brand outcomes. As an Analyst, you will work with large-scale survey and campaign datasets, support analytics delivery, create client-ready insights, and contribute to the continuous evolution of the solution.

This role is ideal for candidates interested in marketing analytics, data science, consumer insights, and business storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Insights
  • Clean, validate, and analyze campaign and survey datasets.
  • Support execution of brand lift studies across digital media platforms.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and actionable business insights.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure analytical accuracy.
Reporting & Storytelling
  • Develop client-ready PowerPoint reports and visualizations.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Support senior team members in preparing client presentations.
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner the findings of your analysis
Delivery Excellence
  • Execute studies within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Follow established analytical methodologies and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Insights, Analytics, and Client Service teams.
Automation & Innovation
  • Assist in improving reporting templates and analytical workflows.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives using Python, SQL, Excel, or other analytical tools.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in marketing measurement and AI-driven analytics.
Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
Technical Skills
  • Strong Python knowledge, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or any other DBMS is preferred.
  • Understanding of statistics and familiarity with data science concepts preferred
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong learning mindset, proactiveness and curiosity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Python and machine learning is preferred.
  • Internship or project experience in analytics, market research, data science, consulting, or consumer insights.
  • Exposure to marketing measurement, digital advertising, MTA/MMM, attribution, experimentation, or brand tracking.
  • Power BI, Tableau, DBMS is a plus
