Specific Skills
- Assesses Bank's loan portfolio, new products in conjunction with Account Manager & non accrual procedures & methods of accruals
- Arranges authorisation of payments under documents
- Effects audit of Bank's portfolio
Communication / Interpersonal
- Writes & converses clearly & effectively with clients
- May conduct discussions re system requirements & efficiencies
Planning / Organising
- Plans own work to ensure day to day work & annual reviews scheduled & completed
Analysis / Problem Solving / Innovation
- Ensures evaluation of risks & credit worthiness is within policy
- Applies sound credit & risk management approaches
Service Delivery
- Liaises with both customers & staff at other corporations
- Provides specialist service on range of products/ services incl complexity
- Can provide options to client & guide to most suitable product
- Identifies customer need & responds accordingly
Teamwork
- May assist with team direction/ training
- Identifies & reports opportunities to improve team processes
- Works across teams to help implement & deliver results
