Skills Required
- 4+ years experience in Data Analytics
- Operational excellence in data management, business process automation, and risk management
- Strong knowledge of databases/warehouses and modern reporting tools (MS SQL, Power BI, DataBricks, Python)
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS) for data access and reporting
- Problem solving, process design, and continuous improvement mindset
- Effective liaison with project teams, end users, and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with technology delivery pipelines and agile ways of working
- Track record of upskilling teams in advanced analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with data warehouse infrastructures, data standards, and compliance
- Tertiary qualification in a business, analytics, or technology-related field
