Skills Required
- 2 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Comprehensive understanding of Workday HCM modules (Core, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance)
- Experience with Workday configuration and maintenance (security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, upgrades)
- Ability to analyze, design, develop, and support Workday functional modifications and post-production migrations
- Experience synthesizing and presenting HR data; performing data integrity audits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication, high attention to detail, organizational agility, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, human resources, or related field
- Workday Pro or HCM Certification
- Familiarity with Office 365 Workflows and Monday.com
