This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
About the Role:We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Boston team.
In this role, you will support a range of core Treasury activities, including opening new bank accounts, preparing Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, supporting capital call processes, as well as assisting with Treasury technology enhancements.
You will also help ensure best practices are followed for detailed payment instruction requests and banking portal entitlements, supporting the firm’s continued adoption of advanced technology in this area.
The role works closely with Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and other operational teams across the firm.
This position will be a hybrid work arrangement and will have global reporting responsibilities to leaders in Boston and Dublin.

Coordinate, set-up, and maintain bank accounts for the Fund Programs and Subsidiaries
Collect, review, and provide bank account KYC documentation in coordination with cross-functional partners
Track payment instruction related requests and verbally confirm changes with authorized contacts
Develop subject matter expertise in establishing specialized payment instructions across U.S. and international clearing systems
Assisting with interbanking connectivity and technology configuration requests to facilitate efficient payment and reporting capabilities
Initiate capital call process when required by Treasury fund managers
Assist senior management with projects including enhancing core Treasury systems
Encourage a team-orientated atmosphere with positive engagement
Background in Finance or Treasury
Knowledge of banking and KYC operations related to private equity organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with all levels of management both internally and externally
Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to build effective working relationships across departments and geographies
Positive team-oriented demeanor
Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience
1-4 Years preferably in a financial services environment
Familiarity with eFront, banking portals, SWIFT, Kyriba, FIS Integrity or similar technology platforms

Base Salary Range
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
