Job Description

WellBe Human Resources is seeking a motived, energetic professional to bring their broadbased compensation and benefits administration skills to a growing Human Resources department. As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be a key part of the team’s success by providing valuable collaboration with the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, and other human capital functions. The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the design,  implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating talent. This role includes conducting market analysis, evaluating pay equity, and ensuring the organization's compensation practices are competitive and fair. The analyst will also focus on aligning compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives while maintaining market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance withrelevant laws and regulations.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Provide support for the annual Pay administration process, providing key insights and analysis
  • Market price jobs, assign pay grades, and partner with HR to make strategic compensation recommendations
  • Participate in outside consultant annual compensation surveys by gathering, analyzing and submitting compensation data
  • Support the administration of incentive compensation programs, including tracking participants, calculating payouts, and developing communications materials
  • Conduct internal pay equity reviews and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness
  • Provide analyses to Finance for budgeting and forecasting, as it relates to Total Rewards programs
  • Administer and maintain job, structure, compensation, and benefit data in Dayforce
  • Support the administration of benefits programs including health and welfare, COBRA, leave of absence, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Review, reconcile, and audit all benefits program participation, including vendor invoice reconciliation
  • Drive process improvements in benefits administration
  • Provide support for annual benefits renewals, open enrollment, and compliance filings
  • Provide exceptional customer service in support of our employees, addressing their compensation and benefits inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Job Requirements

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Finance, or another related field
  • 2+ years’ compensation experience
  • Benefits administration experience is a big plus

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits compliance, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and FMLA
  • Strong analytical skills with experience handling complex financial and process data
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets)
  • The ability to manage projects independently and work cross-functionally with HR and leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience utilizing HR systems, such as Dayforce
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities


Travel requirements: Minimal travel may be required


Work Conditions: This position will work in a variety of settings, e.g. office. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.   Requires prolonged sitting.  Requires bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, crouching, crawling and/or stretching from seated or standing positions. Frequently operates a keyboard, telephone, copier, calculator and other office equipment.  Manual dexterity and coordination necessary to operate office equipment, telephone, keyboard, copier and calculator.  Requires close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust visual focus, hearing and smelling.  Must be able to communicate information via telephone or computer.  Requires moderate to intense concentration due to complexity.  Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Skills Required
