Title and Summary
Analyst, Technology Account Management
Overview:
Responsible for all aspects of the technology and operational relationship with key customers. Established individual contributor who performs defined components of projects/processes to achieve objectives for the Technology Account Management area under general supervision, ensuring that work is aligned to organizational standards and that problems are resolved according to best practices.
Role • This job works independently on elements of projects/processes within the Technology Account Management area by applying intermediate/practical knowledge and area best practices to meet organizational standards of quality and excellence. • Assists with TAM operational tasks such as logging incidents, distributing release notifications, and communicating with customers. • Gathers information and coordinates with relevant teams to support technical issue resolution. • Maintains accurate and current customer technical records and documentation. • Supports preparation of reports and documentation for operational reviews. • Collaborates with internal teams to facilitate customer service delivery and participates in training and knowledge sharing. • Communicates product updates and release information to customers as directed. • Utilizes experience and a comprehensive understanding of area processes and tools to make minor adjustments or enhancements to resolve identifiable issues.
May manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within the Technology Account Management area.

Basic knowledge of card operations (issuing and acquiring) with emphasis on authorizations, clearing and settlement
Knowledge of Mastercard's processing related products, services and technology offerings is an added advantage.
Ability to identify issues and proactively resolve issues through escalation to appropriate partners.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Able to effectively articulate verbally and in writing.
Experience of having worked in operations, technology roles in financial institutions is an added advantage.
