MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education :
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.
Work Experience :
- At least 2 years of experience in system analysis and configuration.
- Experience with project management.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.
- Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams.
- Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to assess and initiate actions independently.
- Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills. - Self-motivated, demonstrated bias for action.
- Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Tableau, FOCUS, SQL, SSIS, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and R.
JOB SUMMARY
- Responsible for collaborating with business partners and identifying business problems. Recommends solutions with new or existing processes, applications, systems, programs, or software.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES –
- Investigate and document business requirements from business partners to facilitate discussions and conduct workflow analyses.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.
- Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes which can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. - Interpret business requirements to functional designs. Collaborate with Developers and Engineers on Technical designs and development as needed.
- Perform implementation and configuration activities including prototyping, analysis, system configuration, operational implementation and process documentation.
- Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business partners for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems. - Working with large datasets within applications, develop reports and dashboards as well as the creative problem solving, leadership, and communication skills necessary to drive change.
- Ensures solutions are tested/validated sufficiently before being implemented in production.
- Works with the business partners to ensure process and system changes are communicated clearly and that users are informed and/or trained sufficiently.
