Job Duties: Responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of software applications and systems. Work closely with senior analysts and developers to gather requirements, analyze system specifications, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues. Collaborate with senior analysts to gather and document software requirements. Assist in analyzing system specifications and identifying potential issues. Participate in the design, development, and testing of software applications. Help troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. Provide support and training to end-users. Maintain documentation related to software systems and processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Must have 2 years of experience as a Software Analyst, Data Analyst, or a related occupation, including experience in/with: SDLC lifecycle; .NET programming; cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and other cloud frameworks; and data space such as Python and Microsoft Power BI. Up to 5% U.S. domestic travel is required.
